Meet Our Brokers
Unlike most real estate offices, we work cooperatively in the best interests of the client and are not in a position of competing with each other. We are both fully licensed "Real Estate Brokers", the highest level of licensure in our profession in Maine and have years of experience in providing outstanding representation for buyers and sellers of real estate. We've known each other for over twenty years and would like to introduce ourselves to you:

Kathleen Wright joined deRochemont Realtors over twenty years ago. During those years, she has been an active participant in our mid-coast community.

Prior to selling real estate, she had a notable nursing career as nurse practitioner/clinical coordinator in the area of chronic renal failure at the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, D. C. and Medical Center Hospital of Vermont in Burlington Vermont.

She has served on the board of directors of Northeast Health and Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care, as Past President of the board of directors of the Methodist Conference Home, a member of the board of directors of Coastal Trans and a member of the Affordable Housing Resource Committee of the Midcoast Human Resources Council.

A past president of the Penobscot Bay Board of REALTORS, currently she is a member of the Maine Association of REALTORS and the Mid Coast Board of REALTORS.

John Bragg has been with deRochemont Realtors for nearly ten years. He and his family moved to Maine for the quality of life that so many are seeking here today.

John is actively engaged in many activities in our area, especially as they relate to our youth. He has coached soccer and baseball, is a former director of Rockland Little League, is a youth leader at his church, an active member and Board member of Rotary Club of Rockland. A Past-President of the St. George River REALTOR Council as well as the Council’s 2003 REALTOR of the Year, John has also as a director of the Maine Association of REALTORS, where he still serves on various committees.
